As I anxiously awaited becoming a father my wife and I started to write this story for our daughter Isabella. As an educator and basketball coach I wanted a book that captured what it really meant to flourish. The process of having a dream, learning about the greats, practicing, failing, and making a new plan and of course practicing more. This is what it really means to be a hero in our modern world.
